All our applied social research, hybrid communication, and strategic analysis activities are carried out under personal data protection protocols, in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its implementing regulations, and other applicable provisions in the Argentine Republic.

All individuals participating in our focus groups, research interviews, or events provide informed consent in advance for purposes related to the contracted services. Where applicable, information incorporated into reports and research outputs is subject to anonymization or data-disassociation processes in order to protect participants’ identities.

Confidentiality is not a secondary component of our work: it is an express contractual condition in every project we undertake, supported by the duty of confidentiality established under Article 992 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code and Law No. 24,766 on Confidentiality.

We apply the same level of care to the commercial and strategic information entrusted to us by our clients, under confidentiality agreements that accompany each professional relationship from the initial contact, as well as to the image and voice of individuals participating in our activities.

At G8 Delta, we adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure, promoting responsible privacy and confidentiality management throughout all our activities.
